Back to posting: * Exported from MasterCook * Pizza Potatoes (Fix-It and Forget-It) Recipe By :Adapted from Fix-It and Forget-It Cookbook, Dawn J. Ranch & Phyllis Pellman Good Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fix-It and Forget-It Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 medium potatoes -- sliced 1 large onion -- thinly sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 2 ounces sliced vegetarian " pepperoni " 1 teaspoon salt 8 ounces pizza sauce Saute potato and onion slices in oil in skillet until onions appear transparent. Drain well. In slow cooker, combine potatoes, onions, cheese, veggie pepperoni, and salt. Pour pizza sauce over top. Cover an cook on low for 6 to 10 hours or until potatoes are soft.
