Guest guest Posted June 11, 2001 Report Share Posted June 11, 2001 http://members.tripod.com/vegiemama/mycookbook/crockpot_spaghetti_sauce.html Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce From the Kitchen of vegiemama Category: Sauces & Dressings Servings: Preparation Time: Recipe Ingredients 1 eggplant (1 lb.), peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 16 oz. can Italian-style tomatoes 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar (or Succanat) Recipe Directions Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir well.
