Guest guest Posted June 7, 2001 Report Share Posted June 7, 2001 Rhubarb Dessert 1 1/2 lbs rhubarb 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger 1/2 cup strawberry jam 1/4 cup water 1 cup fresh strawberries heavy cream Cut rhubarb into 2 " slices. Place half in bottom of crock. Sprinkle with 1/4 Cup sugar and 1/4 teasppon ginger. Spoon on 1/4 cup jam. Add second layer of all. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with strawberries and cream.
