Cheesy Potatoes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 pounds frozen hash browns -- partly thawed

2 10.75 oz cans cheddar cheese soup

1 12 oz can evaporated milk

1 2.8 oz can French-fried onions

salt to taste

pepper to taste

 

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased slow cooker.

 

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
