Guest guest Posted May 31, 2001 Report Share Posted May 31, 2001 ARTICHOKES 5 artichokes, with leaf tops trimmed 1 1/2 tsp. salt 8 peppercorns 2 stalks celery, cut up 1/2 lemon, sliced 2 C. boiling water Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
