Guest guest Posted May 30, 2001 Report Share Posted May 30, 2001 Crockpot Tapioca 1 cup large pearl tapioca 4 cups water 3 cups brown sugar pinch salt 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup walnuts In crock pot, place tapioca and water, soak overnight. In the morning, add brown sugar and stir, and add pinch salt, stir, and cover. Set on low for 12 hours or so. Transfer to a large bowl, add vanilla and walnuts and mix. Cover with 1 cup whipped cream and sprinkle walnuts on top, or serve hot over vanilla ice cream. YUM Happy Cooking!
