Ranck & Phyllis Pellman Good Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dips & Spreads Fix-It and Forget-It Cookbook Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper 1 tablespoon chopped celery 1 tablespoon chopped onion 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes 2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno pepper 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup heavy cream 8 ounces Velveeta -- cubed 2 ounces Cheddar cheese -- shredded Place first 5 ingredients in slow cooker. Add water. Cover. Cook on high 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream and cheeses. Reduce heat to low. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve immediately or keep warm on low for hours.
