Hot Bean Dish

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 16 oz can kidney beans -- drained

1 15 oz can lima beans -- drained

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons molasses

2 tablespoons brown sugar -- (heaping)

2 tablespoons minced onion

mustard to taste

Tabasco sauce to taste

 

Place beans in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beans.

Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
