Guest guest Posted May 23, 2001 Report Share Posted May 23, 2001 Rice Pudding 2 ea Egg whites 2 c Skim milk 1/4 c Honey 1 1/2 c Cooked rice 1 t Vanilla 1/4 c Raisins 1 x Cinnamon Beat eggs, add milk and honey and beat well. Pour into baking dishes and add rice, vanilla and raisins. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Stir and add more cinnamon if desired.
