Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 small onion -- chopped

oil

1 20 oz package frozen broccoli

2 10.75 oz cans cream of celery soup

1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup grated American cheese

2 soup cans milk

 

Saute onion in oil in a skillet until soft.

 

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
