Broccoli Corn Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 stick margarine -- melted

1 10 oz package chopped broccoli -- cooked & drained

1 onion -- chopped

1 box corn bread mix

4 eggs -- well beaten

8 ounces cottage cheese

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

 

Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

 

Pour into greased slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or until toothpick

inserted in center comes out clean.

 

Serve like spoon bread, or invert the pot, remove the bread, and cut into

wedges.
