Wimp's Chile Con Queso

1 16 oz package Velveeta Light -- cubed

2 cups thick and chunky salsa

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 2 oz jar chopped pimientos -- undrained

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine Velveeta and salsa. Add parsley flakes and undrained

pimiento. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Mix

well before serving.
