Three Bean Pot

1 16 oz can great northern beans -- rinsed & drained

1 16 oz can pinto beans -- rinsed & drained

1 16 oz can red kidney beans -- rinsed & drained

1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes -- coarsely chopped & undrained

1 2.5 oz jar sliced mushrooms -- drained

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup sliced carrots

1/4 cup imitation bacon bits

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine great northern beans, pinto beans, and kidney beans. Stir in

undrained tomatoes, mushrooms, and onion. Add celery, carrots, imitation bacon

bits, black pepper, and garlic. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for

6 to 8 hours. Mix gently before serving.
