Pineapple Bread Pudding (Lund)

2 8 oz cans crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained

1 cup water

1 4 oz package sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding

mix

1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits in juice -- undrained

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

12 slices bread -- toasted & cut into cubes

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large

bowl, combine undrained crushed pineapple, water, and dry pudding mix. Stir in

undrained pineapple tidbits and cinnamon. Pour mixture into prepared container.

Add bread cubes. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Mix well before serving.
