Evenly arrange apple slices in prepared container. In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking mix, Splenda, and apple pie spice. Add peanut butter. Mix with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
