Guest guest Posted May 7, 2001 Report Share Posted May 7, 2001 Homestyle Tomato Juice 10 to 12 large tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. pepepr 1 tbsp. sugar Wash and drain tomatoes. Remove core and blossom ends. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on lOW for 4-6 hrs. or until tomatoes are done. Press through sieve or food mill. Add seasonings; chill Makes about 4 cups juice.
