I put it in a slow-cooker and leave it on low all day. It's fast, tasty, good for you, and it's pretty too! Chunky Chili a.. 2 med. onions, chopped a.. 2 med. green peppers, chopped a.. 2 ribs celery, sliced a.. 3 carrots, thin sliced a.. 1 clove garlic, minced a.. 1- 16 oz. crushed tomatoes a.. 1- 15 oz. red kidney beans, drained a.. 1- 8oz. tomato sauce a.. 2 Tbls. red wine vinegar a.. 1 Tbls. firmly packed brown sugar a.. 1 Tbls. chili powder a.. 1 tsp. oregano a.. 1 tsp. ground cumin a.. 1 tsp. salt *Mix all together in a slow-cooker and leave all day.
