Hot Spinach Cheese Dip (Lund)

1 8 oz package Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese

1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach -- thawed & well-drained

1 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic

1 1/2 cups shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in spinach and

onion. Add garlic and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on

high for 1 hour. Mix well before serving.
