Herbed Corn Bake

2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise

1 egg or equivalent egg substitute -- slightly beaten

1 teaspoon dried parsley

2 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn -- thawed

1 cup herb-seasoned dry bread cubes

3/4 cup chopped onion

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine dry milk powder, water, and mayonnaise. Stir in egg and

parsley flakes. Add corn, bread cubes, and onion. Mix well to combine. Cover

and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Mix well before serving.
