Guest guest
Refried beans alternative - take a can of beans, mash with a fork or potato masher, heat until enough liquid is evaporated for your taste. If you are in a hurry just pour off most of the liquid and mash. We like this even better than refried beans, also cheaper and less fat. Guest guest
Yes!!!!!! And, if you want seasoning, sprinkle in a little onion and garlic powder and perhaps a bit of hot sauce. No fat, no cholesterol, lots of flavor and very easy.
