refried alternative, was refried bean dip

Refried beans alternative - take a can of beans, mash with

a fork or potato masher, heat until enough liquid is

evaporated for your taste. If you are in a hurry just pour

off most of the liquid and mash. We like this even better

than refried beans, also cheaper and less fat.

Yes!!!!!!

 

And, if you want seasoning, sprinkle in a little onion and garlic powder

and perhaps a bit of hot sauce. No fat, no cholesterol, lots of flavor and

very easy.
