In prepared container, combine uncooked rice, broccoli, and onion. Add evaporated skim milk and mushroom soup. Mix well to combine. Stir in Cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Mix well before serving. HINT: Thaw broccoli by placing it in a colander and rinsing it under hot water for one minute.
