Guest guest Posted April 17, 2001 Report Share Posted April 17, 2001 CROCKPOT SPINACH 2 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach 2 cups cream style cottage cheese 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup flour salt to taste Thaw and drain chopped spinach, squeezing out as much water as possible. Combine cottage cheese, butter, and shredded cheese, add to drained spinach. In a small bowl, combine eggs with flour and salt-Add to spinach/cheese mixture.
