Guest guest Posted April 16, 2001 Report Share Posted April 16, 2001 Mushroom Wild Rice (this makes a lot!) 2 1/4 C water 1 can (10 1/2 oz condensed vegetable consomme, undiluted 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed French onion soup, undiluted 3 cans(4 oz. each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1/2 C butter or margarine, melted 1 C uncooked brown rice 1 C uncooked wild rice In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients; stir well.
