Guest guest Posted April 16, 2001 Report Share Posted April 16, 2001 Crockpot Spanish Rice Serves six 1 Onion, diced 1 Green pepper, minced 2 Tomatoes, peeled, quartered 15 oz can Tomato Sauce 1 1/2 cups Water 2 tsp. Chili powder 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder 3/4 cup Brown rice 2 tb Salsa (I prefer Ortega medium) Preparation: Mix all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours.
