Guest guest Posted April 10, 2001 Report Share Posted April 10, 2001 New potato fall fare 8 to 10 new potatoes (small red potatoes) 1 (16 oz.) pkg. baby carrots 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (14.5-oz.) can broth 4 cloves minced garlic Chopped parsley 1. Make a zig-zag design on the skin of the potatoes, using a potato peeler. 2. Place potatoes in slow cooker and add carrots and onions. Pour chicken broth over all. 3. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours and in last 10 minutes of cooking time, add parsley. Remove with slotted spoon and serve. Serves 6-8. Happy Cooking!
