Guest guest Posted April 3, 2001 Report Share Posted April 3, 2001 Crockpot Lentil-Kale Soup Serves 4-6 1 cup lentils 7 cup water 4 cup kale or spinach or chard, (about 1 pound torn ) 1 large onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 3 tomatoes, chopped 1 medium carrot, chopped 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1 bay leaf, remove before eating 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 pinch pepper Place the ingredients in a crockpot.
