Guest guest Posted April 3, 2001 Report Share Posted April 3, 2001 Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup Makes 4 servings 10 ounces spinach, frozen 1 small yellow squash, diced 1/2 small onion, minced 2 carrots, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 6 ounces v-8 vegetable juice 1/2 cup navy beans 4 cups water 1 teaspoon salt I just thru it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day.
