Guest guest Posted March 28, 2001 Report Share Posted March 28, 2001 Hot Mulled Cider Submitted by member: MBalcer 1 jar (48 ounces) cranberry juice cocktail 1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves 3/4 teaspoon whole allspice 3 sticks cinnamon Orange or apple slices In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except fruit slices. Cook until mixture comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors. To serve, pour into warmed punch bowl. Remove spices, if desired. Float orange or apple slices for garnish. Ingredients may be combined and heated in 3-quart crockpot. Serve directly from crockpot.
