Guest guest Posted March 27, 2001 Report Share Posted March 27, 2001 Maple-Stewed Apples Makes 6 to 8 servings 1 8 oz. pkg. dried apples 1 cup orange juice 1 cup water 1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup 1 tbsp. lemon juice Thoroughly rinse dried apples; prace in a crockery cooker. Stir in the juice, water, maple-flavored syrup, and lemon juice. Cover and cook on lOW for 8 hrs. Serve warm or chilled.
