Guest guest Posted March 23, 2001 Report Share Posted March 23, 2001 http://www.justcrockpotrecipes.com/fondue/fond0004.shtml Caramel Rum Fondue 7 oz Caramels 1/4 c Miniature marshmallows 1/3 c Whipping cream 2 ts Rum or 1/4 t rum extract Combine caramels and cream in crock pot. Cover and heat until melted, 30 to 60 minutes. Stir in marshmallows and rum. Cover and continue cooking 30 minutes. Serve with apple wedges or pound cake.
