Guest guest
Chef’s Tip Whenever I am making gravies or sauces I use Wondra Quick-Mixing Flour. It’s all I’ve ever used and works great! Especially in the Crockpot. The flour mixes quickly and no more clumping. When using it in the Crockpot make sure to whisk just a little at a time. No more runny recipes. You will usually find it in the baking section with other flours. It comes in two ways a shaker or a box. The shaker is more convenient. But you can buy the box and put in your own shaker. The brand is Gold Medal and the package color is a light blue. Look for it next time your shopping. Once you start using Wondra you will wonder how you ever did without it. No pun intended!
