Guest guest
Hi everybody, Hope you are all well. I'm Tomi and I have been posting recipes here and there. Some of my recipes call for different kinds of Smoked Paprika. I have been getting alot of emails from people wanting to know where to get it. So here's how you can obtain the Smoked Paprika. There are three flavors of the Paprika and they are all Smoked ( Sweet, Bittersweet, and Hot). I have all three of them and I use each flavor. They all have their own unique quality which they bring to each recipe ! I wish that I could explain the complexity of each flavor but it's really something you need to experience yourself. I would suggest buying all three you won't be sorry!!!!! The companies name is The Spanish Table the Paprika Brand name is LA CHINATA you can call them at (206) 682 - 2827 or email at tablespan I think it's about $12.00 for all three flavors and they come in these beautiful tins! Hope that helps. If you have any questions about using the Paprika please feel free to email me. Best to you, Tomi P.S.
