Guest guest Posted March 20, 2001 Report Share Posted March 20, 2001 Applesauce Sauerkraut 4 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 2 cups sweetened applesauce 1/2 tsp caraway seeds 1 tbs butter or margarine Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375° F. for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
