Spoon batter evenly into greased crockpot. Mix remaining sugar, cocoa and hot water. Pour over batter in crockpot. Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until batter no longer looks shiny on top. Don't over cook! Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream. Yield: 6 servings Notes: When warm, the pudding layer is very soft. As it cools, it firms up a bit. I liked it both warm and cold (refrigerated). It isn't as tasty at room temperature. It's great hot or cold. From Bisquick. _____
