Guest guest Posted March 7, 2001 Report Share Posted March 7, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Apple Cranberry Relish Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 cups apples -- peeled and sliced 12 ounces fresh cranberries 1 cup boiling water 2 cups sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch Place apples, cranberries, boiling water, and 1 cup sugar in the slow cooker, set on low and cook for 4-6 hours. Mix remaining 1 cup sugar and cornstarch together and stir into cranberry mixture. Cook until sugar is dissolved and juice is clear. Cook and refrigerate until ready to serve.
