Guest guest Posted March 1, 2001 Report Share Posted March 1, 2001 Barbecued Pinto Beans Makes 6-8 servings 1 lb. dried pinto beans, sorted and rinsed 3 cups water 1 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and chopped 1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecued sauce 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a 3 1/2 qt. slow cooker.
