Try this dish on friends who claim they don't like vegetables and watch them change their minds. 6 med. carrots, thinly sliced (about 3 cups) 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 1 tsp. grated gingerroot 3 tbsp. orange marmalade 2 tbsp. chopped pecans Combineall ingredients in slow cooker.
