Guest guest Posted February 28, 2001 Report Share Posted February 28, 2001 Mixed Vegetables En Pot 6 servings 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 packet (about 1/2 oz.) toasted onion dip mix 1/2 cup water 2 tbs. melted butter or margarine In slow-cooking pot, combine mixed vegetables with celery. In med. bowl, mix soup with seasoned salt, dry dip mix, water and melted butter. Pour over vegetables in pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hrs. or until vegetables are tender.
