Guest guest Posted February 27, 2001 Report Share Posted February 27, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Warm Spirited Mocha Recipe By :The Best Slow Cooker Cookbook Ever Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beverages Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 cups brewed cold coffee (chocolate flavored) -- if desired 3/4 cup sweet ground chocolate and cocoa mix --(such as Ghirardelli) 1/2 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur 1/2 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur 1 cup heavy cream -- whipped 1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, combine the coffee and ground chocolate mix. Stir to blend well. 2. Cover and cook on the high heat setting 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until very hot. 3. Stir in the Grand Marnier and Kahlua. Ladle into mugs or heatproof stemmed glasses. Top with a spoonful or two of whipped cream and serve.
