Guest guest Posted February 27, 2001 Report Share Posted February 27, 2001 Down-Home Rhubarb Makes about 4 cups 2 lbs. fresh rhubarb (about 7-8 cups) 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional) Trim rhubarb and cut into 1 " pcs.
