Guest guest Posted February 15, 2001 Report Share Posted February 15, 2001 Orange-Glazed Carrots Makes 5 to 6 servings 3 cups thinly sliced carrots 2 cups water 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter or margarine 3 tbsp. orange marmalade 2 tbsp. chopped pecans Combine carrots, water, and salt in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hrs. or until carrots are done. Drain well; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH 20 to 30 min.
