This is what we are having for dessert tonight.

I am going to top the cheese pie with raspberry

pie filling.

Easy Cheesecake Pie

1 (9 inch ) graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (21 oz) can pie filling for topping [your choice]

In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Gradually beat in the sweetened condesed milk until

smooth. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into

the graham crust and chill in the refrigerator for about

3 hours. Top with prefered pie filling before serving.

Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator.
