Guest guest Posted March 4, 2003 Report Share Posted March 4, 2003 Cornmeal dumplings with plum sauce 1 cup cornmeal 2 cups water peel from ! lemon 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Cook the cornmeal with the water and leave it on the oven, by low temperature If it is cooled off mash it with the peel of the lemon and add the cinnamon Make little dumplings Put the dumplings into hot water and leave it on the oven by low temperature, for 10 min. Plum Sauce 1 pound Plums 2 Pears vanilla essence 2 -3 Tablespoon Honey 1 Tablespoon starch flour Add the plums and the pears into a mixer and mash them cook them for 20 min. add Honey and vanilla-essence Mix the Starch flour with cold water and add it to the sauce Cook it again until it is a creamy sauce.
