~ Sherri~ crockpot vegetarian recipes

Do check out our files section. I think Irene started a

folder for vegetarian crock pot recipes and she put in

quite a few and I have since added to it. Also, I joined a

vegan crockpot list a while back. It isn't very active, but

once in a while I get a digest from them with interesting

recipes; I just haven't tried very many myself yet. I know

you aren't vegan, but they might be a good source for

inspiration and you can easily unveganise them. I can

post the url for that list if you are interested.
