Guest guest
I just got my copy (hardcover & used) of 'World Vegetarian' by Madhur Jaffrey. It is a really wonderful cookbook and I can tell already that I am going to have fun trying many of these recipes. Just wanted to thank all of the folks here who posted in the 'favorite cookbook' thread we had going a while back; I have enjoyed ordering some of the books you suggested. Here is a list of some of the books that were mentioned in that thread: 1.'The Italian Vegetarian' by Jack Bishop. 2. 'World Vegetarian' by Madhur Jaffrey 3. 'High-Flavor Low-Fat Vegetarian Cooking' by Steven Raichlen 4. 'The Peaceful Palate' by Raymond If anyone here knows of more they wish to recommend, please post a bit about them. I am sure we would all benefit by knowing what cooking resources have helped and inspired you. ~ PT ~ The deeper that sorrow carves into your being the more joy you can contain.
