[recipe] Hot Cocoa Mix

I have several hot cocoa mix recipes in my files but this

one is by far the best I've tried. I am always looking for

homemade mix recipes for different things, especially hot

cocoa since my kids love it for snacks and we take it camping.

 

Hot Cocoa Mix

 

6 & 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder

1 cup instant chocolate drink mix

1 package ( 5 oz) cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix

1/2 cup confectioners sugar

1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer

1/2 cup baking cocoa

 

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:

1 cup boiling water

 

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Store in an airtight

container in a

cool dry place for up to 3 months. Yield: 21 cups of cocoa ( about 7

cups of

mix total)

 

To Prepare Hot Cocoa: Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix in boiling water.
