Guest guest Posted February 19, 2003 Report Share Posted February 19, 2003 Grain Soup 1 litre Water 5-7 Tablespoon unripe spelt grain (milled) 1 pinch of nutmeg savoury thyme fresh parsley (choppend) Soy Sauce soured creme 1 litre cold water with the grain, the savoury, thyme, soy sauce and nutmeg bring to the boil and cook it smooth for 10 minutes.
