Guest guest Posted February 18, 2003 Report Share Posted February 18, 2003 Sweet Semolina-Curd Dumplings 2 oz Butter 2 Eggs 1 pinch salt nutmeg (grinded) 17 oz curd 4 oz semolina 4 oz Bread crumps Butter Vanilla Mix the Butter, Egg, Salt and the nutmeg (grinded) very well Add the semolina and the curd. Leave for a 1/2 hour. then make dumplings and put them into boild water cook smooth for 20 minutes. Put Butter in a pan and add the fine bread crumps roast or to brown them add the vanilla.
