Sweet Semolina-Curd Dumplings

 

2 oz Butter

2 Eggs

1 pinch salt

nutmeg (grinded)

17 oz curd

4 oz semolina

 

4 oz Bread crumps

Butter

Vanilla

 

Mix the Butter, Egg, Salt and the nutmeg (grinded) very well

Add the semolina and the curd.

Leave for a 1/2 hour.

then make dumplings and put them into boild water

cook smooth for 20 minutes.

 

Put Butter in a pan and add the fine bread crumps roast or to

brown them add the vanilla.

 

Give the ready dumplings in this mixture wallow them in the mixture.

 

Eat with apricot sauce.
