I read a helpful kitchen tip and it worked well so I thought

I would pass it along. The tip said if you have extra

shredded cheese to store it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator,

but to add a few sprinkles of flour to the bag first and toss it

around. This really works to keep the cheese from clumping

together. The tip also said to do this before freezing shredded

cheese to keep it from freezing in hard to break up clumps.

It works wonderfully!
