Guest guest Posted February 18, 2003 Report Share Posted February 18, 2003 Semolina dumplings with strawberry sauce 10 oz semolina 6 oz fine bread crumbs 1/8 litre cooking water 1 pinch of sat The semolina into the hot water and not touch for 15-20 Min. Then bread crumps miy very well with the semolina and a the salt to it. Make little dumpling and put them into a bit pot with boild water. Leave they dumpling there for 15 Min. Strawberry sauce 9 oz strawberries Maple syrup 3-4 Tablespoons light wipped cream. wash the strawberries and add a bit of Mable syrup Mix all together with the light wipped cream.
